All Felipe pieces are crafted with high-quality, skin-friendly materials: sterling silver (hypoallergenic), 14k gold fill (durable and long-lasting), and ethically sourced gemstones (e.g., tiny pearls, amethysts, and cubic zirconia) — perfect for daily wear.

Do your pieces come in different sizes?
Yes! Our bracelets are adjustable (most fit 6.5-8 inches) to suit different wrist sizes, and necklaces are available in 16-18 inch lengths (we also offer custom lengths — just let us know!).

Are your jewelry pieces hypoallergenic?
Absolutely! We use sterling silver and 14k gold fill (free of nickel and other irritants) to ensure our pieces are safe for sensitive skin.

How do I care for my Felipe jewelry?
To keep your pieces shining: Avoid contact with water, perfumes, lotions, or harsh chemicals (remove before showering, swimming, or applying beauty products). Store each piece in the included velvet jewelry box to prevent tangling and scratches.

For sterling silver: Use a soft polishing cloth (we include one with every order!) to gently buff away tarnish. For gold fill: Wipe with a damp, soft cloth — avoid harsh cleaners, as they can damage the gold layer.

Standard orders (non-custom) are processed within 1-2 business days. Custom pieces (e.g., engraved pendants) may take 3-4 business days to create before shipping.
