Our Return Promise
We want you to love every piece of Felipe jewelry you receive. If for any reason you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase (bracelets, necklaces, pendants), we offer a straightforward return policy to ensure your peace of mind.
Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return or exchange, items must meet the following criteria:
- Return requests must be initiated within 30 days of delivery (we verify delivery date via shipping tracking)
- Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original condition (no scratches, tarnish, or damage)
- Items must be returned with all original packaging (Felipe jewelry box, tags, and care cards)
- Proof of purchase (order confirmation email or receipt) must be provided
Important Exceptions: Customized pieces (e.g., engraved pendants, personalized bracelets with names/initials) are non-returnable and non-exchangeable, as they are made specifically for your request.
Return Process
Follow these simple steps to return your item:
- Contact our customer service team at liujason20252@gmail.com or call 9294240819 within 30 days of delivery. Include your order number, the reason for return, and photos of the item (if applicable).
- Our team will review your request and send a return authorization (RA) number and instructions within 24 business hours. Returns without an RA number will not be accepted.
- For US orders: We will provide a prepaid return shipping label (the cost of the label will be deducted from your final refund, typically $5.99). For international orders: You are responsible for all return shipping costs (including customs fees).
- Package your item securely in the original packaging, include the RA number on the outside of the package, and ship it back to the address provided in your return authorization email.
- Once we receive and inspect your returned item (3-5 business days after delivery to our warehouse), we will process your refund or exchange:
- Refunds: Issued to your original payment method within 5-7 business days (processing time may vary by bank)
- Exchanges (US only): Free for size/style changes — we will ship your replacement item within 1-2 business days of approving your return
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item (not due to normal wear or mishandling), please contact us immediately:
- Report the issue within 7 days of delivery (delayed reports may not be eligible for replacement)
- Provide clear photos of the damaged item and original packaging
- We will send a prepaid return label (US orders) or cover return shipping costs (international orders) and issue a full refund or send a free replacement — no restocking fees
Non-Returnable Items
- Custom/personalized jewelry (engraved pendants, monogrammed bracelets)
- Items that show signs of wear, damage, or use (scratches, tarnish, missing stones)
- Items returned without original packaging or proof of purchase
- Items returned after the 30-day window (extensions may be granted for extenuating circumstances, at our discretion)
Refund Details
- Refunds include the full price of the item(s) minus original shipping costs (except for damaged/defective items)
- Return shipping label costs (for US orders) are deducted from refunds
- We do not refund any customs fees or international shipping costs for international returns
- Once processed, refunds typically take 3-10 business days to appear in your account (depending on your payment provider)
