Order Processing & Shipping

  • Processing Time

    All standard (non-custom) orders are processed and prepared for shipping within 1-2 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding major US holidays: Christmas, Thanksgiving, New Year’s Day, and Independence Day).

    Custom pieces (e.g., engraved pendants, personalized bracelets) require additional production time: 3-4 business days before shipping, as each piece is crafted to your exact specifications.

  • Shipping Options & Costs

    We offer reliable shipping options to ensure your jewelry arrives safely and on time. All shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order total:

    Note: International shipping times are estimates only and may vary based on customs processing in your country.

  • Order Tracking

    Once your order ships, we’ll send a shipping confirmation email to the address you provided at checkout — this email includes a unique tracking number and a link to track your package via the carrier’s website.

    If you don’t receive your tracking information within 3 business days of placing your order, please check your spam/junk folder first — if it’s not there, reach out to us for assistance.

  • Delays & Lost Packages

    We strive to meet all estimated delivery times, but we are not responsible for delays caused by: carrier issues (weather, logistics backlogs), customs clearance (international orders), or incorrect shipping information provided at checkout.

    If your package is marked as "delivered" but you haven’t received it, contact the shipping carrier first to file a delivery inquiry. If the carrier cannot locate your package, please reach out to us within 7 days of the delivery date (via email or phone) to discuss a replacement or refund.

    For lost international packages (not delivered after 21 days), we require a formal customs/carrier investigation before issuing a replacement or refund.

  • International Shipping Notes

    For international orders: You are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or fees imposed by your country’s government — these fees are not included in our shipping costs and are collected by the carrier upon delivery.

    We do not mark packages as "gifts" to avoid customs fees (this is illegal in most countries) — all packages are labeled accurately with the order value and product description.
