Agreement to Terms

By accessing, browsing, or purchasing products (including bracelets, necklaces, and pendants) from the Felipe Jewelry Shopify store ("the Store"), you ("the Customer") agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms") and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use the Store or purchase our products.

• Order Acceptance & Cancellation

  Your submission of an order through the Store constitutes an offer to purchase our products. We reserve the right to accept or reject your order for any reason, including but not limited to:

  • Out-of-stock items or inventory errors
  • Pricing errors or typographical mistakes in product listings
  • Suspected fraudulent activity (e.g., invalid payment information, suspicious shipping addresses)
  • Violation of these Terms or our Privacy Policy

  If we reject or cancel your order, we will notify you promptly via the email address or phone number you provided (liujason20252@gmail.com / 9294240819) and issue a full refund for any payments already processed, within 3-5 business days.

  You may cancel your order within 1 hour of placement (for standard items) or 24 hours (for custom items) by contacting our customer service team. Orders already in production or shipped cannot be canceled.

• Product Details & Accuracy

  All Felipe Jewelry products (bracelets, necklaces, pendants) are handcrafted using sterling silver, 14k gold fill, and ethically sourced gemstones. Due to the handmade nature of our products:

  • Slight variations in color, texture, or size (e.g., gemstone hue, metal finish) are normal and not considered defects
  • Product photos on the Store are for illustrative purposes only; colors may vary slightly due to screen settings and lighting
  • We make reasonable efforts to ensure product descriptions (size, material, care instructions) are accurate, but we do not warrant that all descriptions are error-free

  If you receive a product that is materially different from its description (not including minor handmade variations), contact us within 7 days of delivery to request a replacement or full refund.

• Intellectual Property

  All content on the Store, including but not limited to: product photos, logos, text, designs, trademarks, and brand names ("Intellectual Property") are the exclusive property of Felipe Jewelry or its licensors.

  You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Store for personal, non-commercial purposes only. Unauthorized use of any Intellectual Property (including reproduction, distribution, modification, or commercial use) is prohibited and may result in legal action.

  This includes, but is not limited to: downloading or sharing product photos for commercial use, using the Felipe logo or brand name without written permission, and copying product descriptions for use on other websites.

• Limitation of Liability

  To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Felipe Jewelry shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of the Store or purchase of our products, including but not limited to:

  • Loss of profits, revenue, or data
  • Emotional distress or inconvenience
  • Damage to property (including jewelry lost or damaged after delivery)
  • Third-party claims against you

  Our total liability for any claim related to your order shall not exceed the total amount paid by you for the specific product(s) in question. This limitation does not apply to damages caused by our gross negligence or intentional misconduct.

• Payment & Pricing

  All prices on the Store are listed in US Dollars (USD) and include applicable sales tax (for US orders) where required by law. Shipping costs are calculated separately at checkout.

  We accept major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) and PayPal. Payment is processed securely via Shopify’s payment gateway; we do not store your payment information.

  We reserve the right to change prices at any time without prior notice. Price changes will not affect orders that have already been confirmed and paid for.

• User Conduct

  You agree to use the Store in a lawful manner and not to:

  • Use the Store for fraudulent or illegal activities
  • Attempt to hack, modify, or disrupt the Store’s functionality
  • Post or transmit any harmful, offensive, or inappropriate content
  • Impersonate another person or entity

  We reserve the right to terminate your access to the Store if you violate these conduct rules.
